Give the gift of art this Christmas. Purple Duck will help your child create art for themselves and one-of-a-kind gifts for the special people in their lives.
We will have a pop-up gallery exhibition for the kids on the night of the 23rd.
6-7 PM Pop-Exhibition showcasing student work. Mini beef and veggie burgers will be provided along with sparkling apple juice.
Big Ideas for Little Artists

Our camps introduce young artists to large-scale, abstract, and minimalist art in a playful and approachable way. We lean into what the kids are naturally capable of and provide the technology and materials to elevate it into beautiful works of modern art, because BIG art isn’t just for grown-ups.
An open-studio playdate with rotating art stations
scheduled according to school closure days.
9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
The Day: Open studio time, watercolor painting, neighborhood walks, picnic lunch at Wade Park, playground free time, and an optional ice cream stop at Ginger’s
Kids will:
use tools like the chomp saw
sketch and paint from nature with watercolors
Use a projector to scale work on walls
Closing: Group circle to share, reflect, and wind down.
Great for kids who like to be creative, prefer being outside, and need structure with flexibility.
